Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are becoming an increasingly common requirement across the built environment. Many organisations now invest significant time and effort into producing EPDs to meet buyer, tender, or certification requirements. Yet once published, they’re often treated as finished outputs, delivering immediate commercial value but limited internal impact. This webinar focuses on what happens after an EPD is published.
Experts from Zevero and Emidat will explore why EPDs are increasingly becoming the shared language of product sustainability and how the data behind them can be used more effectively across organisations. The session moves beyond disclosure to examine how product-level environmental data can support product decisions, credible reduction claims, and long-term sustainability planning.
Rather than covering how to create an EPD, the discussion centres on how to use them and what an effective delivery model looks like. Attendees will leave with practical insights into turning EPDs from static documents into decision-ready assets that support both commercial outcomes and sustainability strategy.
What you’ll learn:
- How EPDs create value beyond meeting buyer or certification requirements
- Where EPD data fits within wider sustainability programmes
- How product-level data can inform design, sourcing, and decarbonisation priorities
- What separates one-off EPD publication from a scalable, decision-ready approach
- How to get more long-term value from EPDs you already have
