Zevero Partners with Tai Sin to Strengthen ESG Reporting in Preparation for SGX Climate Disclosure Mandate

Singapore, 23 July 2025 — Zevero, a fast-growing carbon management platform focused on making sustainability data easier to manage, today announced a new partnership with Tai Sin Electric Limited, marking Zevero’s first engagement with a publicly listed company on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

As one of Singapore’s leading manufacturers and a long-standing sustainability front-runner, Tai Sin has selected Zevero to help modernise its ESG reporting infrastructure. The partnership will support Tai Sin in meeting SGX’s new ISSB-aligned climate disclosure requirements, improve audit readiness, and build a scalable, digital ESG data system across its operations.

“Tai Sin has consistently demonstrated leadership in sustainability across Singapore’s industrial sector,” said Shigeo Taniuchi, Chief Executive Officer at Zevero. “We’re proud to support their next phase of ESG evolution by replacing manual spreadsheets with an AI-powered digital platform that streamlines emissions tracking and enhances data accuracy.”

Under the partnership, Zevero’s AI-powered digital platform will centralise and streamline Tai Sin’s carbon emissions reporting, enabling teams across multiple sites to input data with each figure linked to verifiable source documents such as utility bills or fuel receipts. Zevero will also deliver quarterly internal ESG reports to support informed leadership and reinforce Tai Sin’s commitment to sustainability  governance.

This digital transformation comes at a critical time. Starting from FY2025, all SGX-listed issuers are required to disclose Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). Zevero’s platform ensures data traceability and accuracy while preparing Tai Sin for eventual Scope 3 disclosures and potential mandatory assurance requirements.

“We see this partnership not just as a tech upgrade, but as a strategic step in strengthening our ESG capabilities to meet rising expectations from regulators, investors, and our own board,” said Willy Chua, Head of Group Corporate Development at Tai Sin. “Zevero brings both technical expertise and practical support to help us build ESG infrastructure that is robust, scalable, and future-ready.”

Tai Sin’s forward-thinking approach to sustainability includes publishing its first Sustainability Report in 2018, developing Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for core product lines, and hosting sector-wide forums like the “Future-Ready Data Centre” seminar earlier this year. By helping Tai Sin improve data quality and enhance emissions traceability, this collaboration also supports Singapore’s broader sustainability ambitions, including the Green Plan 2030 and the national shift toward credible, verifiable climate disclosures.
