Sustainability leaders know the value of climate action, but turning that into a compelling financial case is where many initiatives stall. When budgets are scrutinised and priorities compete, it becomes essential to be able to clearly demonstrate how sustainability drives business outcomes, reduces risk, and strengthens long-term performance.
This session will show you how to turn sustainability strategy into a clear commercial case. We’ll break down how leading organisations quantify the financial impact of climate efforts, link emissions data to business performance, and build proposals that win support from CFOs and boards. We’ll explore both tangible financial outcomes and the strategic advantages that drive brand trust, investor confidence, and competitiveness.
You’ll walk away with:
- A structured approach to demonstrate the economic value of sustainability
- Metrics and ROI levers that resonate with finance and commercial leaders
- Real examples of organisations successfully building internal buy-in
- Guidance on articulating climate action as a strategic investment, not a cost
If you’re responsible for advancing sustainability inside your organisation, this session will help you speak the language of finance and build a business case that gets approved.
