Managing your emissions data shouldn’t be a manual slog. This month, we’ve introduced a few updates to the Zevero platform to help you work faster and with more confidence.
From uploading invoices to understanding how your emissions are calculated, these features were shaped by feedback from the teams actually using them.
Here’s what’s new.
📸 Upload invoices and receipts easily using Autofill
You can now upload photos or PDFs of electricity invoices, meter readings or receipts, and Autofill will extract the key data automatically. No more scanning through bills to find the right values. Just upload and go.
This update is especially helpful for teams managing multiple documents or site-level entries, and it supports multi-language uploads for global operations.
Right now, this feature supports electricity uploads, with more categories coming soon.

🔍 See how your emissions are calculated
Need to check where an emissions figure came from? You can now view a full breakdown of each data point, including the emission factor used, its source and reference year.
This gives you more transparency and control over your data, whether you’re preparing for reporting or reviewing your footprint internally.
It’s a feature that came directly from user interviews and makes audits and internal reviews far easier to manage.

🔥 New emissions category: Purchased Heat and Steam
We’ve added a new emissions category to support Purchased Heat and Steam, helping users align more closely with GHG Protocol guidance.
It’s especially helpful for larger sites or facilities where different types of energy use need to be tracked more accurately.
Want to see it in action?
These features are now live in Zevero. If you’d like a closer look, we’d be happy to show you how it works.
